Quizzina Forney, LCSW-C is an experienced board-certified social work supervisor for the state of Maryland. Quizzina is a clinical supervisor with over 10 years of experience guiding LMSW and LGPC professionals toward advanced licensure. A graduate of the University of Maryland School of Social Work, Quizzina is dedicated to fostering growth and competence in emerging clinicians.
Utilizing an educational and supportive supervision style, Quizzina provides direct, constructive feedback to ensure supervisees are well-prepared for their professional journey. Through a blend of individual and group virtual supervision, Quizzina creates a structured yet collaborative environment that enhances clinical skills and confidence.

Malaika J. Richard
Malaika J. Richard is an independently licensed clinical social worker in Maryland, Washington, DC, and South Carolina. Ms. Richard earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Wofford College, Spartanburg, South Carolina and her Master of Social Work from The University of South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina. She is a certified dementia specialist and completed a post-graduate certification at Smith College (Northampton, MA) in end-of-life and palliative care. In 2019, she completed the 18-month Zelda Fosters Studies Leadership Fellowship in Palliative and End-of-Life Care at NYU.
Ms. Richard currently provides services to veteran caregivers enrolled in the Caregiver Support Program through the Veterans Health Administration’s Virtual Psychotherapy Program for Caregivers (VPPC), V21 Clinical Resource Hub as the VPPC Supervisor, VISN 21 CRH Mental Health Section. Ms. Richard has worked within the VA Healthcare System since November 2015. During her tenure with the Veterans Health Administration, Mali served as the inaugural hospice and palliative care social work consultant at the Baltimore VA Medical Center in Baltimore, MD, from 2015 to Oct 2021. She then served as a senior program of comprehensive assistance to caregivers and social workers until Oct 2022, when she moved to Charleston, SC, to serve as the program of general caregiver support program coordinator at the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center.

She provided education to colleagues, veterans, and caregivers regarding advance directives and advanced care planning. She has also served as an End-of-Life Nursing Education Consortium (ELNEC) CORE Trainer and the initial chair for the Anti-Racism Subcommittee that she helped form in July 2020.
During her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
